Meet the founder

Sean Haviland

Managing Director


Sean is a natural entrepreneur, always seeking opportunity through innovation and consideration.


As well as heading up the Almighty Tiny Homes initiative, Sean has accumulated over 20 years’ direct experience within the mining industry, working as a General Manager for Magnum Australia – a design and manufacturing company specialising in water trucks and related customised engineered water spraying products to service the mining and quarry sectors.


R&D is a passion for Sean and something in which he will continue to invest as he helps drive the tiny home industry forward.

Behind the scenes, we’re proud to be a fully off-grid company, taking our environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) responsibilities seriously.

    Contact us with your requirements – whether that’s an off-the-plan build or a custom-made home – and we’ll assess the rest to provide an accurate, affordable quote.

    We’ll happily discuss any quote queries you may have. Then, when you’re ready to build, we’ll be ready to take action.

  • 4. Commence build

    We’ll set to work, delivering to your scope and budget, and creating your new living space or workplace.

  • 5. Delivery of your new home

    Your portable home will be safely delivered to its destination, and safely connected to all services, ready for you to step straight into this exciting new phase of your life.
